Thanks so much for the live music at our wedding reception. We were incredibly lucky to find such an amazing jazz trio and such short notice. I contacted Kathryn and Barry about putting together an ensemble for our Dinner Dance for which we had quite specific and complicated needs. We had a most interesting program ranging from a Haydn concert, then Mozart, Strauss etc. followed by more modern dance music, all of which Kathryn and Barry organised and prepared in a most generous manner. The music was fabulous and our guests were very, very happy!
I personally appreciate the professionalism with which all of the musicians approached their work – one can see how much they love entertaining – and Kathryn and Barry really helped to make my job of the organisation so much easier. It really took a load off my mind.
I am sure they would be able to provide whatever is needed and have no hesitation in recommending these wonderful people to anyone who really cares about the quality of the music at their function!

In assembling a trio to meet my needs and fit in with the “cocktails at sunset” theme. At late notice prior to the booking I asked for the two hour set
to be put back half an hour – this was done without a fuss. On the day the band members, including Barry on percussion arrived and set up on time
and proceeded to provide exactly what I’d asked. My guests and I appreciated the obvious skill of the musicians, their music selection to my theme
and this helped to kick off a great party – one that everyone will remember.

Many of our guests have passed favourable comments about the choice and quality of music the band played at my 50th, as well as the liveliness of the band members. They seemed to really enjoy playing and we truly enjoyed their music.
Personally, I could not have been more satisfied with the music. It was the perfect backdrop; not too loud to drown out our conversation or too soft to be diminished by our guests' conversations. I have no hesitation in recommending the band.

Their ability to read the crowd and the clients expectations both before and during the night was truly amazing. When planning our wedding for the 3 December there were 3 priorities which we required and they were as follows; Perfect venue - Great food
And of coarse fantastic live music. I am pleased to say we accomplished 3 out of 3. These guys are brilliant we hired them as a 4 piece swing band, they belted out a great eclectic range of classics all night long. I whole heartedly recommend the BAZKATZ for anyone looking for both PROFESSIONAL and EXPERIENCED musicians for any event which requires enthralling entertainment. We were very happy that we paid a bit extra and got their saxophone player as well. EXCELLENT, thank you
